Support
Our aim is to make sure your service with us goes as smoothly as possible. We will endeavour to resolve your issue or question as soon as possible and within a reasonable timeframe. If you require support we ask that you take the following steps:
- Wiki / FAQ — A lot of questions have been asked and answered already; this is also a good place to find a lot of information provided by other customers. Using the search functionality here may give you instant answers.
- IRC Chat — A casual real-time chat between you and many others will often give helpful answers. Simply ask your question as you enter and if available, someone will get back to you.
- Support Tickets — Last but not least, opening a ticket will provide private one-to-one help between you and other staff. Please remember to include as much information as possible so we can properly diagnose and fix your issue or question as quickly as possible.
Finally, if you do not have any service with us or have yet to open an account you may:
- E-mail Us — Sales questions can be directed through e-mail and we will get back to you shortly. For us, support of existing customers has always taken priority over sales.
