Download / upload will always be available. Several months up front are requested, however this will eventually be reduced after existing customers are upgraded.

Got a question? Drop us an e-mail.

Are there any surcharges?

Absolutely none! We don't handle your payments directly and only have access to the funds that you give us. This means we have to ask for everything up front and surprises don't happen.

How do I change my slot?

To upgrade (or downgrade) your slot please purchase a new one from this page, open a ticket requesting a data transfer (optional), and then finally request a refund on your existing slot (optional).

This can be done at any point during your month.

How do refunds work?

All refunds are issued pro-rata based on what you've cost us. We believe this is the fairest method for both of us: pay for what you use and let us make ends meet.

You may request a refund in the first seven days: just open a support ticket and let us know why. We'd much rather try to fix your problem first though.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel by simply not renewing. We will then recycle your slot shortly after it's month is up and you will be welcome to return whenever you wish.

What happens if I exceed my storage quota?

We have quite a relaxed policy, you're free to go over your quota a little bit every once in a while. In return we ask that you look out for how your actions affect others and to play nice.

We'll also provide you with the means to check your quota on demand and send you an e-mail if you're over. If this doesn't work out, we'll revert to strict limits.

What happens if I exceed my upload quota?

Your maximum upload will be reduced until renewal but everything else will not be affected. In practice this is the only effective way we've found to ensure high-speeds to all users on the network on demand.

It could be worse, you could have this buried in the small print and a slow network.

How many users per server?

It doesn't matter. The only other users who can affect you are those that share your disk; we use 2 TB disks so this number is kept below 6.

We even have ideas to improve this.

So, why wait any longer?
